I wish i could make it make sense, but I can't. As for ASIC investigating a breach of ASX disclosure rules.... i would not hold your breath, with a lot of the stuff that goes on in the small end of the market, and combined with ASIC having limited budget and resources, I just don't think this kind of thing would get any attention. Sorry but I am pretty jaded on this kind of thing, and have been burned in the past where conduct which clearly should have warranted ASIC involvement got nothing (to be clear, this is in my past experience, nothing to do with TOE)
TOE remains a company with massive option value on WA policy, that is sure. Its a play on the macro; as some of those company specific factors continue to be... difficult. TOE will move higher on spot price sentiment; and drift lower on company specific items would be my expectation.
