I could think of tens of billions of reasons Mega would want Wiluna.. especially at a discount. It all makes sense to me. The protection of RH, the lack of action as a major shareholder, failing to ensure substantial commencement and pressuring RH to get it done, the lack of media or PR work to try to change U mining sentiment in WA. To me it looks like a long term investment to gobble up this asset for a song and time it right with WA U mining approval. Otherwise it all makes zero sense. Nobody is going to let RH get away with a $500k salary for doing F all and grinding their investment into the ground. There is clearly more to it…
