Warnie - the Japanese loan is currently paying 5.25% above LIBOR, so above 6%. Best use of spare funds right now would be to pay down this loan if the agreement allows it.
If LYC could raise standard bank financing at below 6% then they should retire this loan and thus remove the covenants attached to it.
