I don't see paying off the loan as any impact on the marketing agreement.
You are mixing these items up.
It was a simple statement of view, and would have been considered by any reasonable CFO, due to the very high interest rate this loan is attracting.
Removing the covenants would be a sensible strategic move - IMO.
You clearly have an issue with my posts and see fit to attack anything I say. So be it, probably best to out me on ignore if you can't handle a simple fiscal reality.
