They are not dealing with the Export/No Export properly.
If they really wanted to nip this in the bud - they would call a meeting with the ministers who are saying it is a requirement, hash it out, and then issue a press statement with the outcome. No ambiguity.
The answer is Yes or No..not he said, she said.
Instead- NC issues his own press statement and every man and his dog also comes up with their interpretation. (That includes us avid HC commentors!)
So for Gods sake Lynas -just have a meeting with the Malaysian Govt, sort it out and make the joint press statement.
