the problem i suspect is the existing shareholders will not get a look in and the directors will issue a swathe of new shares to themselves or a new cornerstone investor eroding any benefit to the existing shareholders. imho yes co NEEDS cash ASAP th survive but the existing folk (incl those poor Bast**ds who did participate in the rights issue) will be left out with less than 25% of the company.

If i have not made myself clear i have NO faith in the directors.
