    Thats the question..

    Bear number 1 - Get the charts out to look at the last 100 years of light bulb changing. Look at all options related to previous historical data. Draw new chart up to ensure the change coincides with the last blow out of 1929.

    Bear number 2- consider the charts and then look at perhaps shorting the light bulb just to ensure that there`s no absolutely no filement left.

    Bear number 3- Will then consider the charts and ask for further historical data to study..

    Bear number 4 - Ensure that the exact time of bulb change coincides with Bollingers 3rd wave statistical charting and gives the time plus 3 to twist the bulb from socket and replace with said new bulb

    Bear number 5 - Switches on switch and then states with utmost confidence that new lightbulb will be blown with in 2 hours.

    Huh!
