Great find!

Yep this is breaking news.

When I worked out ABR about a month ago for this centre, I came up with about $2.5m for CER.

Using a cap rate of 8%, total proceeds for CER would be US$31m

The property is secured against an Enfield Commons debt facility in the amount of $8.5m. Refer to supplemental.

The remaining proceeds would be used to offset the CSF debt facility.

I think the CSF debt is just about at that $50m level.

I suggest we all email/phone CER tomorrow to get a disclosed price on the sale.

This is getting very interesting indeed
