A strategic investor will only become a shareholder if the ESI story is 'real' and 'genuine'.
So far the market is not convinced...hence the ridiculously low share price.
However the situation will only change when the Vietnamese and/or the Indonesian sign a jv.
In fairness to the Board, deals dont just happen overnight...but hopefully we're nearly there.
