The problem with the Hotcopper property forum is it rarely discusses property , Its been Bull v Bear pretty much since day 1 , with no middle Ground . I cant understand how people with little financial interest in a sector can waste so much energy trying to talk it down . And for how many years now ? One is constantly reading this Rubbish .

I'd be putting the time into researching Sectors that I was interested in .

We were Told years ago ..Its will drop by 30 % , then we were told 50% , Now the price has risen ( Again ) and we are Told its low interest Rates .
