Are you so much of a property/financial expert that you can call other people insane ?
You think that a parent that advises their child to buy a house that they can raise a family in is derelict in their duties ? A place to call home .
You would rather they bet , I repeat , bet against the market and risk something like that .
I'm talking about buying a modest , affordable house where there is plenty of work . Not property speculation in the apartment market , a normal average family home .
That's a massive call if ever I heard one . I hope you're prepared to make up the difference if your ' advice ' is wrong .
