sector lead, many will be ok, but I speak to many now who are struggling at these low rates....
they have no chance if rates went up... Same with property investors that have piggy backed on other properties... sell one the rest get revalaued and possibly the banks lower valuations to protect themselves...give you an umbrella in the summer ..lots of money.. and take it away in the winter.. if things stagnate or they feel at risk for any reason...
