From their recent accouncement, i assume should be 13 April 2006 not 2005... and so when will the 30 days be up, i think should be today... Do Federal govt need to approve as well???

No field work was carried out during the quarter due to the wet season across the Top End of
Australia, however exploration is expected to recommence towards the end of April.
The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS”) for the development of the Andranangoo
Creek West and Lethbridge Bay West mineral sands project, was lodged with the Northern
Territory Minister for Natural Resources, Environment and Heritage on 19 January 2006.
The EIS was referred to a 28 day Public Comment period, which was completed 6 March 2006.
In response to the Public Comments, Matilda prepared a Supplementary Information report which
was acknowledged as received by the Minister 13 April 2005. The supplement includes a
summary of Public Comments which was acknowledged by the NT Environmental Protection
Authority (“EPA”) which will undertake the assessment and report to the Minister. No further
information has been requested by the EPA.
The Draft EIS and Supplementary Information is currently being reviewed by the Minister with a
determination to approve the project expected within 30 days of receipt of the report.
