We don't know the amount of the proposed Nabi distribution but we do know they will set it to leave $27 m in the coffers.

So it is interesting to compare the current Biota price on that basis.

There are 42.66m Nabi shares on issue which after distribution will have a cash backing of 63.29cents per share (=27/42.66x100cents).

The current Biota share price is ~63c suggesting a Nabi share price of $0.84 (=0.63/0.75)post distribution and pre-consolidation.

What to conclude? More information needed eg Biota Cash position to calculate value assigned to pipeline portfolio.
