how many does it take?

Just went over the latest investor presentation and the change of board members annoucement to find that shareholders are paying a shocking 12 people to run this company.

Yes thats right 12 people make up the management team and board of directors that are on the payroll getting paid to run a $5 million dollar company! No wonder why expences are so high. That is ridiculous and day light robbery at its best.

How in the world does it take 12 people to run a company thats selling an app??

FMG has a market cap of $15 BILLION have have 18 people who make up the management team and board of directors.

To put this in perspective BHP has a market cap of around $100 billion and have 21 people who make up the management team and board of directors.

RIO has a market cap of about $25 billion and has 21 people who make up the board and directors.

This is very unacceptable for a company burning more then its market cap every years, a company that is turning over no revenue and a company that is currently only selling a $4 dollar app.

Whats going on here??
