Eat as many eggs as you like IMO.
I hard boil 12 eggs a week and eat them all in 7 days. Helps with weight loss - an extremely tasty protein pill. Not for all mind you - if you're a diabetic, eat a high Sugar/Carb diet or have chronic cholesterol problems - best to steer away from eating too many yolks.
I don't buy free range eggs as it's a con, but if you can lay your hands on freshly laid eggs from hens that are well cared for, well they are a completely different food group in taste alone.
