    I generally eat 1-2 eggs every other day, mostly for breakfast and somtimes with a small serve of baked beans ... getting to lunch without snacks is easy on egg days.

    Sometimes a 2egg/person vege omlette for dinner.

    We have red meat generally only a 2-3 times a week with fish and chicken and occasional vegetarian making up the balance.

    Eggs at just about any price are the chespest most versatile protein you can buy.
