Anyone know?
Made an obvious error in my first calcs re: potential scalebacks.
Looking at & including the SPP last year where $250 mil was raised @ a max of $10,000 pp one could say that on average of 25,000 sh'ers took up max entitlement.
If these people could only take up their remaining $5k in this SPP their raisings would be 25,000 x 5k = $125,000 leaving $750mil - $0.125 mil / $15,000 = 49,990 additional (ELIGIBLE) shareholders would need to take up their full entitlements to fully raise the $750mil.
Are there this many shareholders ? Where can I find this info? Anyone?
