Cibus is the bulk of the Australian milk supply and was most of the milk to the profitable nulac foods which had sales of nearly $20m prior to its sales to Bubs. Since then bubs has kept only the caprilac brand and sold the rest off.
Page 37 states the contract with cibus terminates on 31/12/20. Bubs has stated that it has another supplier to replace Cibus. Obviously bubs can not lie. So it remains to be seen if their new supplier actually succeeds. If their new supplier does not deliver as expected bubs won't have Australian goat milk and cibus will be in the position it was prior to the bubs contact, ie with the milk and the provenance story. Bubs may well be looking at nuchev which only uses imported powder, but then nuchev is only worth 20% of bubs. Time will tell.
