Well if you sold $15,000 worth of stock thinking you will buy it back at 43c, you may be out of luck. ASIC limits the issue to 30% of shares on issue and if the offer is heavily subscribed then it will be pared back. Probably why the surge in buying in the last couple of hours.
This was a poorly worded announcement in my view and unless you were familiar with ASIC ASX rules etc you could easily be misled,
They make no mention of seekinh SH approval for anything so the max shares they will issue under this SPP is 30% of shares on issue now.
Pretty poor in my opinion
