Hi Eagle when that law was made it was made by Poms Irish and Scotsmen who would not have been Australians. These people formed our current Political System . This rule has been outdated for a Bloody Long Time . I heard on the radio this morning Re the Fines for breaking this rule . It will break the country if they were to be enforced.
