I think you are being wise, repete. "Institutional investor" is a pretty loose term. And management not returning phone calls is never a good sign.

The grades are not high, they have failed with two crushing circuits so far; wise to wait and see, IMO. Nor do you know yet what the other financing arrangements are that they have managed to put in place.
