Most SPP of late have been oversubscribed. Lesser companies have had a short dip and then a bounce exceeding the SPP price and prior share price - and this is in the case of using it to pay down debt! IDL is using the money for expansion (not satisfying debt covenants but leveraging more revenue). They have stated that $20 million is all they want irrespective. Dilution will be minimal. For my money 42c is as low as it goes.
