Suffice it to say, the market is very well aware of it. If lead times decrease then NPV increases. If we price in at production than explorers would be multiples of where they are probably 10-20% of in-ground value. What you posted is definitely not new, and pretty much explains the multiples given across various listings at any given point in time.
