If the court case could end tomorrow then both MMX and CHM could come out smiling.
But the longer it drags on the worse it gets. I don't know if I am biased but I would have thought a 30m payout would have been and still is a good strategic option for MMX if it can afford it. And CHM could get still get nothing so they may choose to take something over nothing.
