Maybe I'm being slow, but why would you sell stock at 20c when...

Maybe I'm being slow, but why would you sell stock at 20c when you know the downside is probably only 10-20% at most and one's chances of replacing size back at that price is remote at best.....

Of course, a big holder might just want out because they dont like the company in its current format or it doesn't fit their style.... but then why buy it in the first place

Or, of course, it could be someone who got stock for 5c (the original placement price) and doesn't care about selling at 20c because they have made 4 x their money....
