    I received my "Target's Statement" today, with a conspicuous "ACCEPT" on the front.

    This is an unwanted Christmas present from BRM (well, from WNI in reality) and despite the ACCEPT recommendation from our "Independent" Directors, they won't be getting any acceptances from me unless my hand is forced.
