Person A buys up stacks at 90c then sells to an insto at $1.3 to $1.8 on a pre-arranged deal. At the same time a great report comes out to confirm the coy is heading.
Not that I'm that concerned if this is happening. Straits is well run and is undervalued. The SP can only go up, especially with copper at 2$ + a pound.
