How many more 23 cent shares are going to suddenly appear on the sell side? How many more supposed "not going to be sold" shares from the 83,000,000 they sold at 18 cents are left to sell.
That IMHO is what is limiting the SP all this while...5 million more on the buy side than the sell side and still day after day 23 cents as they keep reloading the 23 cent sell line. When the spring unwinds (within weeks now) the rebound should be great to behold...especially with some product orders being announced.
