extensions for the takeover offer period before they give up?

Why do they think that by keep extending the offer period AZR holders will suddenly change their minds. MGX do not have anywhere near enough at the moment and I cannot see how MGX think AZR holders will suddendly go in mass over to MGX in the next 3 weeks.

Not unless there is more to come, maybe an offer increase, although I think this is unlikely as AZR still hasn't reached MGXs original equivalent offer but I guess there's a chance.

All this is just my humble opinion!
