Option Exercise and Rights Issue During the latter part of the half year the Company was in the process of completing a capital raising of approximately $10m by way of a rights issue and option exercise. The equity raising is significant as it underpins the Company’s focus on the exploration and development of Puntland.
With the organisational and exploration teams in place and appropriate financial resources available, the Board looks forward to updating you on significant and exciting developments in the coming months.
