I think you will see a brisbane boom for another 2 years followed by a steady move until 2008. Inner city melbourne well dunno on that youre timing might be about a year to early. Sydney well expect more stock to keep coming into the market and less demand. Prices are to expensive and some of those sellers are taking profits to Brisbane, Perth and adelaide.
