Fully agree with that Brakar, initially it was set up for a good cause, to ensure another '87 crash couldn't occur again. But it just got gradually out of control and they realised they could run the system for their benefit and the benefit of their mates. And round we go full circle and because of them we're in another mess like the one they were set up to avoid. Oh the irony.....
