    you are not reading my posts properly. I am trying to make the distinction between intentional act and unintentional act (like when you are out running).

    Here is an example for you to deliberate on:

    someone in a car deliberately runs down and kills a person on a road,

    someone in a car accidentally kills a person on the road.
