This is my first winter veg garden in a cold climate.
So far leafy leafy green veg are holding up pretty well, but the frosts have been very mild.
Not sure what happens at -10 though, but I suspect it could get ugly.
I dread having to go back to supermarket spinach etc to make my green smoothies, but I may have to eventually.
Green smoothies are the fountain of youth I suspect (hope).
