The JORC delay was concern enough for me, but this new acquisition is worse. Regardless of the potential of the Korongou project this is ill-timed.
My expectation is management's poor attempt to distract the market from the upcoming underwhelming resource from Balogo. Why else would a company, which is already being hammered lower because it is cum-cap raising, announce a further cash committment which is out of their control?!
I've now sold my position. Good luck to those still in there - hopefully your patience is rewarded
