If you were a genuine seller, why declare your intentions by placing such a high number of shares on the market at .035? All you are in effect doing is placing a wall at .035 to higher prices.
Unless you are actually a buyer, and are scooping up anything offered at .034? Anyone wanting out must place their shares ahead of yours which are in the queue at .035.
Unfortunately, this all sounds great in theory, but the shares at .035 are actually being sold, and replaced by more shares for sale at the same price. So it does seem someone wants out and has drawn a line in the sand at .035.
