Your reasoning makes absolute perfect sense to me.
Given the number of buyers entering now I suspect it may jump north from here as the company still has inherent potential.
But anything is possible when shorted so if it happens to reach 40 cents you bet I will be buying up as fast as I can shovel.
The current price in my eyes is an absolute bargin compared to other small caps considering that it is viable and has cash.
Having said this I not a financial planner. So...I will also hedge my bet on horse 4 race 6 for a place just in case.
