I too hope CNP survives from this disaster but to do so they need to sell assets, and it's looking like QUALITY assets like Galleria Perth being sold unfortunately. I don't think the property portfolio they will be left with will be good or big enough to yield the same dividends as in the past so I can't see the share price higher than
$2 - 3 at most unless some unforeseen extraordinary event occurs.
