The FDA and the vast majority of medical experts require scientific methodology and double-blinded placebo controlled trials to assess the likelihood of an hypothesis concerning drug or treatment efficacy as being a "true" result.
Yet when Mesoblast's treatments repeatedly fail to show convincing evidence of efficacy the shareholders refuse to accept it and instead attempt to invoke every possible excuse and accuse the FDA of corruption and all manner of unrealistic and unscientific "calculations" to "show" it couldn't possibly have failed.
The FDA are interested in hard facts and hard evidence and scientific truth. They are not running a propaganda campaign for some soft science with an agenda, no matter how appealing that might sound to investors in MSB.
