But you will find that most of those are taxpayers who will continue to receive the franking credit.
Not many will be tax free retirees who receive a refund of franking credits and many of those who do will be very wealthy retirees.
I suspect that not many will be middle and low income retirees, but of course there will be some to be cherry picked.
Probably Liberal voters anyway so will not effect Labor's vote.
And the details are not out yet so I suspect Labor might announce a relaxation and refund caps so the lower end of retirees with shares are not hit. Have to wait and see. I would think they are doing the numbers.
