I think I would have preferred that they just put the company into run-off where they just wait as the existing rental payments come in and the contracts expire. I suspect that shareholders would get more over time than $0.70c. The first $10m of the GoGetta return of equity that Next is getting is worth $25c/share just by itself. As at 31 December 2018 they had about $2.15 of net assets.
I think I would have preferred that they just put the company...
