The lenders here will be very big local and international financial institutions; there is hundreds of millions dollars involved. The breach occurred as a result of the GoGetta write down in the 30 June 2018 accounts. A waiver was given that was to expire on 31 March this year and subsequently extended until 30 June. i suspect the lenders have been "defacto" running SIV since the March extension. These a big guys and they play for keeps; they want their money.
