Although I am a holder of SIV, I haven't read the 165 page terms from NEXT in their entirety.
Assuming that NEXT is the only option, my questions are
1. why would SIV go above $0.70 over the next few months if thats the max a shareholder will receive (excluding GoGetta run off)?
2. if SIV did drop, why wouldn't someone pick it up, give themselves voting rights and make a quick % based on sale to NEXT?
Although I am a holder of SIV, I haven't read the 165 page terms...
