    i think you are close to the mark... first bit of sense (on both sides) I've seen... such illiquid stocks can get manipulated

    add opus and its frustrating... depressing sp

    however, again i will repeat-2 things will 'make' this co:

    1-cash
    2-new directors

    presumably directors won't come onto a co with little cash (how will they be paid)...

    asuuming esi gets above 2, its all over... in a good way
