    My bad,didn't read in full the announcement on27/03 and it is clearly in bid statement, but why they agreed to this, i cannot fathom other than they thougut 50.1% was a walk in the park.Now they realise this is not the case, so Scott is having kittens at the prospect of bid failing and having to fork out 4.4M.
    Badclook for BOM in my opinion.
