It did read that a reason for avb paying could be that another competing offer is made. So does that mean if new bid comes in then we are up for 4.4m if ozl doesnt hold 50.1 regardless of directors intentions?
I have been doing some calcS in my head and with G and G holding 25 % combined, then we think the big retail holders hold another10 to 15 per cent, that totals 35 to 40 per cent combined and then you can add say a small percentage of small holders not willing to take up offer and you then can see that 50.1 is not a lay down certainty.
