You must have too much time on your hands 10 years ago a director of a firm (diff. firm anyhow it seems) goes to jail.
PS May I suggest you stop chasing shadows... do a bit of DCF modelling of prospective cashflow to BRK over the next 5 years, make sure you model the OIL price over that period.
That will keep you busy a few weeks and then you will have a sell price and probably be a lot more wealthy than you are today.
