Mr Peter Rowe was appointed to the Board of Millennium on 21 July 2009 as Non-Executive
Chairman. Mr Rowe recently retired from his position as Executive Vice President with
AngloGold Ashanti Limited and brings extensive project development experience to the
Company. Mr Rowe holds a chemical engineering degree and is a Fellow of the AusIMM and
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
