The most recently filed Appendix 3B (8/2) says there are 1,297,074,871 shares on issue at that date.

In their 14/2 announcement, JRV said they had raised $4,492,890 for the issue of 449,289,079 new shares and 449,289,079 new options.

The prospectus dated 13/10/06 says there were then on issue 1,123,222,698 shares.

If you do some simple maths:
1,123,222,698 +
449,289,079 =
1,572,511,777

And so it appears that at the least the market needs some clarification on just how many shares there are on issue in the form of a new Appendix 3B.
